All Griseus Design items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number

Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds. Please double verify you input the correct addresss.

Each product includes a detailed size guide.
We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection.
